HOA Dues

As homeowners in Bonita Isle, we pay dues to both the Bonita Isle HOA and to The Lakes of Sherbrooke, the master association.  This is because we are part-of and enjoy amenities from both HOAs, as you can read about under the BUYERS option up top.

The HOA dues is a very important monthly payment that cannot be missed, just like your mortgage payment (if you have one).

Did you know that you can automatically pay your monthly dues to both HOAs via auto-debit?  You can save the hassle of remembering to write a check every month and mailing it.  Automatic debit saves time and work for everyone involved.

To setup automatic debit:

• For Bonita Isle, EFT is an agreement between the homeowner and the bank the BIHOA uses.  Click one of the links below to download one of the authorization forms (Start, Stop, or Change EFT authorization).  Print the form, fill it out, (may be able complete electronically then print), then contact Treasurer or President on forwarding to the bank contact. You can reach either using information on the Contact page (​http://www.bonitaisle.org/private-resident-only-pages.html).
  
• For The Lakes of Sherbrooke, contact the LOS HOA office at 561-968-6610.

NOTE:  Please do NOT mail or take your Bonita Isle HOA dues to the Lakes of Sherbrooke office.  Bonita Isle dues goes to Bonita Isle -- not LOS.  They are two separate associations!
