 Committees of Bonita Isle

Like any governed community, Bonita Isle has various committees staffed by volunteers to keep things running smoothly and keep our home beautiful.  It's a very important, but an often thankless job serving on a committee.  Please take a moment to say "Thanks" to any committee (or board) member.  It means more than you know.

So far, we have these committees as shown below.  Click on a link below to see specific details about that committee.

Compliance - Replaced with Spectrum HOA management services

Architectural Review

Road Maintenance - Dissolved for now, recently replaced in 2018, but could use a sealing.

Budget

There's no limit on what other committees Bonita Isle could (and should) have.  The more committees, the more gets done by more people.  Everyone wins!

Landscaping is a big deal in Bonita Isle, so we'd love to form a Landscaping Committee.  If you have a green thumb and would like to help beautify our common areas or offer advice to residents seeking to beautify their homes with plants and such, please let us know.  Use the CONTACT link above!  Being on a landscaping committee doesn't necessarily mean digging in the dirt.  But you can certainly do that if you like gardening.

There's also been some chatter of forming a welcoming committee to welcome new residents to Bonita Isle, help them understand all the amenities of BI and LOS, hand out a "welcome to our community" packet, etc.  If you want to get involved in neighborhood operations but maybe in a little more limited way, joining a welcoming committee might be just the thing for you.  It would not be a busy committee as it only greets new residents.

Maybe you have another idea for a committee.  We'd love to hear it!  Please use the CONTACT link up top.

We want as many people involved in our community as we can get.  Involved people are engaged people -- and that's really important!
