Purpose of this Site

This site, bonitaisle.org, is the official web site of the Bonita Isle community association.

This site serves:

• Potential Buyers:  There are pictures and a description of amenities
• Current Residents:  Links to architectural approval forms, compliance, association documents, etc.
  

All the official content, such as content regarding Architectural Review, Compliance, Documents, board contact info, meeting minutes, etc. were reviewed for posting by their respective committees.  Such content is objective, factual, accurate, and does not necessarily reflect the site operators personal opinion.

Take the parking rules for example:  Association parking rules are enumerated in the Documents.  But those Documents are dense, long, and frankly, not everyone reads them.  Therefore, easier-to-read explanations, and importantly, the reasons why, were posted on this site for easy accessibility.  Such content is fact, not operator opinion.
